Your New Role:

As Project Manager for the Studio and Global Real Estate portfolio within GO-Tech, you will play an important role in the success of those teams.

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, from inception and planning through to design, build and ultimately transition to support.

The role requires a range of skills, involving technical understanding, business analysis concepts and workstream management.

Core responsibilities, aside from overall solution delivery, will include leading project teams, 3rd party implementation partners, technical teams, as well as executive business stakeholders.

To the Business stakeholders, your role will be that of a trusted partner.

To the Tech teams, you will be a motivating project lead, providing structure and strong guidance throughout project lifecycles.

Your Role Accountabilities:

• Oversee and manage full project lifecycles 25%

• Accountable to delivery timelines and budget approvals 20%

• Champion business change in alignment to project strategy, to enable high solution adoption 10%

• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the project roadmap and backlog for our portfolio 10%

• Contribute to business process & gap analysis exercises, in preparation for project formation 10%

• Maintain excellent stakeholder management skills and sustainment of outstanding business partner relationships 15%

• Maintain understanding of changing business needs and the subsequent impact on process or technology 10%

Qualifications & Experiences:

5 years as a Project Manager. Proven prior experience to successfully implementing and managing projects within both B2C and B2B environments, as well as a mixture of Digital and Operational systems will be of great value for the successful execution of this role.

Prior experience in multi-geography implementations is required, due to the global and diverse nature of our portfolio.

A solid understanding of process mapping and capability to lead a project team through a large scoping and shaping activity, to clarify project deliverables, is essential.

Strong experience in any of the following will be considered advantageous:

• System integrations

• Digital projects and website development

• Process mapping and business analysis to support and oversee Business Analysts in the project team
