Project Administrator
The Project Administrator will oversee and assist a project team providing day-to-day administrative business operations support. These support roles will include payroll administration, purchasing and invoice processing, document control, badging and badging requirements, EEO compliance, cost accounting activities, DBE outreach/public outreach/compliance, and general project office management as may be needed.
Position requirements: Responsible for providing project, accounting and clerical support to field operations. Ensure that all aspects of a project are dully attended to and completed at the right time, regardless of challenges that may be encountered.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
High school graduate; Degree or equivalent preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of the construction industry and operations, construction, project experience
Knowledge of Pro Core Project Management System
Knowledge of related computer applications
Familiarity with basic bookkeeping procedures
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
One to five years of previous related experience required
Typing or keyboarding experience required
Knowledge of accounting industry software
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Good computer skills; Microsoft Software programs - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Organized and attentive to detail and accuracy
Cooperative and willing to assist others
