3Fold IT is an I.T. Managed Services Provider that serves clients in the Greater-Milwaukee area. We are looking to hire a Tier 1 Help Desk Technician for our Tech Services team as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for someone just out of school that has a customer service based mindset or a Tier 1 support person looking for a new opportunity.
The primary responsibility of this position is to answer calls from clients and log tickets. Additionally, you will be monitoring multiple ticket queues to triage and escalate tickets to the appropriate people.
Punctuality, attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly and retain information are all paramount to being successful in this role.
Requirements
The standard hours for this position are 8AM to 5PM M-F with rotating on-call every 4 weeks. This position is based out of our Wauwatosa office located in the Mayfair Collection on 112th & Burleigh. We offer 401K with company match. Annual stipends for cell phone, home internet and health insurance as well as a casual dress code!
