A well-established dental practice located in New York City is seeking to hire a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper. Ideal candidate must be highly organized, have an ability to prioritize tasks effectively, analyze financial data and generate meaningful reports.
Essential functions and responsibilities include but not limited to:
--Manage all aspects of financial record keeping:
prepare and post journal entries, run trial balance and reconcile general ledger, reconcile monthly bank statements and credit card transactions, manage accounts payable on a daily basis, reconcile vendors' monthly statements, prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet) for a monthly reporting, analyze GL accounts and use data for budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
--Process, analyze and report Provider Production and Revenue data on a weekly and monthly basis.
--Reconcile Provider Revenue data from TDO (patient's software) with bank records and report on a weekly and monthly basis.
JOB TYPE: Full Time
LOCATION: Onsite
SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday, 9:00AM TO 5:00PM.
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: At Least 5 years Office experience. Experience in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel knowledge a must.
BENEFITS: We offer a medical, dental & vision insurance (50% premium covered by employer) Also, paid sick and vacation time (90days waiting period may apply for both benefits); 401(k) pension plan (12 month waiting period may apply).
SALARY: $65,000 - $80,000 annual compensation (Negotiable)
