This position is located within the HR Department of 365 Retail Markets and reports to the Manager of People Operations. The 365 Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will take ownership of the candidate experience. This person will be responsible for all sourcing and recruiting efforts for the company. The Talent Acquisition Specialist should display strong people skills and be prepared to build a pipeline of top talent.
Responsibilities
· Ensure best-in-class candidate experience for all potential employees and new hires from application process through onboarding
· Assist in developing strategic vision of the recruiting, and hiring processes
· Source resumes to identify potential candidates
· Act as first point of contact for potential employees by sending emails to prospective candidates and conducting phone and in-person interviews when necessary
· Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to continuously improve interview experience
· Determine job requirements and skillsets necessary for current positions
· Learn ins and outs of company and departments to better recruit for open positions
· Assist hiring managers in developing job descriptions and interview questions
· Educate managers on hiring practices and offer support through hiring process
· Work with marketing department to attract talent through social media, web presence and job boards
· Build and maintain relationships with top talent and keep a pipeline for future positions
· Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
· Assist in development and implementation of processes and events related to attracting candidates
· Attend job fairs and recruiting seminars to be proactive in recruiting efforts
· Maintain relationships with staffing agencies
· Create and maintain reports on recruiting metrics
· Follow industry trends to advance recruiting and onboarding experience for candidates
· Assist with diversity, equity and inclusion efforts in hiring processes
· Ability to negotiate with potential hires and close a deal
· Other duties assigned by Manager of People Operations
Requirements
· 3-4 years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role preferred
· Possess a positive attitude and works well under pressure
· Able to work independently and efficiently to fill open positions
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
· Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
· Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies
· Proven ability to fill technical positions
· Advanced knowledge of job boards and hiring platforms
· Knowledge of employment law
