Job Description As the the Principal Program Manager, you will help run Enterprise Architecture's day-to-day operations by providing excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. Key duties include : Collaborating with members of the executive team to establish and prioritize business initiatives Providing advice and consulting to Heads of the 4 Pillars in EA to increase collaboration, partnership and drive outcomes Planning, arranging, and maintaining the emphasis of a meeting’s contents Working closely with Director of Strategy & Execution, identifying important performance indicators and measuring team performance We’re Looking For Someone Who Has 10 years of experience in strategy and/or operations consulting, including experience working with SVP-level stakeholders and product leadership Has a track record of leading and proactively managing end-to-end execution of projects/programs that have transformed their company’s operations and delivered quantifiable business impact Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners, especially in an engineering and product environment Strong critical thinking and data-analysis skills (e.g. ability to navigate large data sets) Likes working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and has the horsepower to balance multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills with a precise talent for articulating customer challenges Preferred skills: Experience in strategy consulting or finance Experience in a high growth technology/financial company Experience in Chief of Staff / Head of Strategy roles If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
