2BETTIES is Hiring a Food Production Worker Near Baltimore, MD

JOB DESCRIPTION: 2Betties is a good-for-you snack company that prides itself in making baked goods that are both nutritious and delicious. 2Betties is growing and expanding our food production team. If you’re a dependable and responsible worker and a team player you could be a good candidate. The position requires full-time baking shifts M-F. You will also be asked to help the team in areas outside of production such as packaging products and daily cleaning. You must be able to work independently in an open, fast-paced, and changing environment. Previous food production experience is necessary, cooking experience a plus, and having good organizational skills and time management is a must. References are required.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • After training, you will be responsible for measuring raw ingredients
  • Mixing measured ingredients in mixer
  • Panning freshly made dough in our special pans
  • Operate Convection Ovens to bake dough
  • After Cooling, remove the freshly baked product from pan
  • Package finished product
  • Occasional pushing, pulling and some forward bending and turning, use of hands is constant in this job
  • Expected to clean the work station at the end of each shift. This includes mopping, wiping down surfaces, and taking food waste to the dumpster

Qualifications

  • Ability to commit to a consistent work schedule
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs
  • Capable of standing for an entire shift and operating at a fast pace
  • Prior baking or cooking experience in a commercial kitchen setting preferred
  • Possess or willing to complete First Aid and Food Safe Certifications
  • Ability to work early hours of the day and get to work on time everyday
  • Willingness to help the team in any way to accomplish team goals
