Job Description: Assist sales and merchandising managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects to achieve sales targets and merchandising objectives Coordinate sales and merchandising activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones Prepare project documentation, including sales plans, merchandising strategies, schedules, meeting agendas, and status reports Facilitate project meetings, record minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-up and accountability Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution Maintain project files, records, and documentation in an organized and accessible manner Communicate project updates, sales performance, merchandising initiatives, and deliverables to stakeholders, team members, and management Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance sales and merchandising project efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, merchandising, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives Support ad-hoc sales and merchandising-related tasks and initiatives as assigned by sales and merchandising managers or leadership Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, merchandising, or equivalent work experience Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role, preferably in sales and merchandising Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically Knowledge of sales and merchandising principles, strategies, and best practices is a plus What You Can Expect From 2020 Companies We welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
