General Responsibility:
IT Help Desk Support is responsible for providing technical support and assistance. They interact with employees by phone or in-person to resolve their computer problems related to software and hardware issues to help them get back up running smoothly again and is responsible for the administration, repairs, upgrades, installations, troubleshooting, and technical support needed for all divisions.

The position of IT Support requires that you are able to lift objects that weight up to 25 pounds, climb a ladder, squat, kneel, twist, bend, and work above head and below waist. Exposed to work in outdoor and indoor weather conditions. Ability to sit long periods, stand, walk, climb stairs and use of hands, fingers, wrists, and arms. Travel to jobsites will be necessary and would require the ability to walk on uneven unclean terrain for several hours.
