Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential clients
- Research and identify new market opportunities to expand our customer base
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for acquiring new customers
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and monitor sales activities
Experience:
- Previous experience in inside sales or business development is preferred
- Previous military experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with technical sales and software solutions is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
