Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and actively participate in the production, preparation, and presentation of all foods assigned to the Catering Department, ensuring consistent quality that aligns with established standards.
• Coordinate, plan, participate, and supervise the production, preparation, and presentation of food for all catered functions.
• Oversee and actively engage in the production, preparation, and presentation of all foods assigned to the unit by the Executive Chef, maintaining consistent quality in adherence to established standards.
• Promote effective employee and staff relations through evaluation, leadership, motivation, coaching, and corrective action.
• Contribute to fostering positive employee and staff relations by providing input.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Report directly to the Executive Chef.
