Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Craft Beer and Cocktail Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about both craft beer and craft cocktails, possess excellent bartending skills, and have a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the craft beverage industry and eager to contribute to our vibrant beverage community.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Educate customers about our craft beer and cocktail selections, including flavor profiles, brewing/distilling techniques, and origins of ingredients.
- Pour and serve craft beers and craft cocktails with precision and care, ensuring that each drink is presented at its best.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including regularly restocking beer and liquor inventory and cleaning tap lines and barware.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new cocktail offerings and promotions.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of craft beer styles, breweries, and industry trends.
- Experience crafting and serving craft cocktails, with a strong understanding of mixology techniques and cocktail culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
