Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including organizing supplies, washing glassware, and sanitizing surfaces
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately using the cash register or POS system
- Monitor alcohol consumption of customers and ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations while handling food items
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and making change
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures is desirable
- Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in your jurisdiction)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
