Seven League are recruiting for an Account Director to join their team. This role will be part of a core team tasked with building out an expanded US capability. You will represent the existing 7L brand and skill-set with a focus on our strategic consulting services in the US market. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Lead project teams to deliver world-class business and digital strategy solutions that meet the needs of clients in the sports industry, including presenting to those clients Creation of digital strategies to transform sports organizations that are based on solid analysis and market benchmarking Determining and clarifying strategic and operational problems via consultation (e.g. running interviews and workshops) Analysing and interpreting research and stats to detect trends and create strategic and operational recommendations Identification of revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention opportunities and delivery of relevant recommendations Earn the trust of senior leaders at client organizations and partner with them to create strategic solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and operations. Project management including resource planning and milestone tracking The creation of marketing campaigns including planning, basic SEO, asset production and paid media advertising (Facebook, Twitter and Google) Creation of client deliverables including the comprehensive reports, workshop material and presentations A thorough understanding of the latest digital trends, and reporting this back to the wider team and clients Contributing to business development of new clients within the US market Other duties that are within the scope of the role may be required. Knowledge and Experience Extensive professional experience consulting for or working in the Digital, Social Platforms, Sports and/or Media industry Strong client communication skills with a proven track record of delivery on complex and impactful client engagements Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, etc) and analytics tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) A keen understanding of digital technologies, social media platforms, websites, apps, digital commercialization and content Technically savvy and passionate about the latest digital trends and developments Extensive experience in some aspect of digital media (marketing, content, product, data/insights, commercial, strategy, etc.) A comprehensive understanding of business and digital strategy, particularly within the media or sports sectors Experience using analytics platforms (Google, Facebook, Twitter) Skills and Abilities Clear presentation of strategies, workshops, ideas, etc. to clients of all levels Determining and clarifying strategic and operational problems via consultation (e.g. running interviews and workshops) Analyzing and interpreting research and stats to detect trends and create strategic and operational recommendations Identification of revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention opportunities and delivery of relevant recommendations Resource planning, project management and milestone tracking The creation of marketing campaigns including planning, basic SEO, asset production and paid media advertising (Facebook, Twitter and Google) Understanding the latest digital trends, and reporting this back to the wider team and clients Contributing to business development of new and existing clients within the US market Understanding of marketing: research, campaign planning, audience segmentation, profiling and content targeting Business modelling & forecasting expertise Project management and stakeholder management experience Working with all other personnel to develop and achieve the company’s overall strategic goals Being a marketplace ambassador and thought leader for Seven League and IMG, and always maintaining a professional approach Working Conditions This is a permanent position. Please note this role will be based at our offices in New York, USA. May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position, based on various factors, including budget and industry data. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, robust benefits, growth and developmental opportunities, and other offerings. Hiring Range Minimum: $90,000 annually Hiring Range Maximum: $132,000 annually
