Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant(CNA)

Job Location: Walsenburg, CO 81089

Job Type: Contract - 13 weeks

Job Duties:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Helping residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent pressure ulcers and maintain comfort.
• Feeding residents who require assistance and ensuring they receive adequate nutrition and hydration.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in conversation, and participating in recreational activities.
• Assisting nurses and other healthcare professionals with medical procedures and treatments.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents, including regular cleaning of rooms and common areas.
• Observing and reporting any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.
• Following care plans and protocols established by registered nurses to ensure residents' health and well-being.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to residents.

Job Requirements:

• 1 years of experience - REQUIRED.
• Long-term care experience.
• BLS (AHA) or equivalent- REQUIRED.
• CO License of CNA.

Schedule:

• 12 Hours shift
• 36 Hour Guarantee in a week

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $28.00 per hour
