1 Hotel San Francisco is currently in search of a seasoned, insightful, and innovative Rooms Operations Manager (Housekeeping/Front Office Manager) a thought leader with a gift for service and an instinct for leadership, whose most important roles are to ensure the excellence of the entire guest experience, and our mission and the brands operational and financial outcomes are exceeded. This is a unique role supporting both our Housekeeping and Front Office departments reporting to both the Director of Front Office and the Director of Housekeeping.

The Rooms Operations Manager will play a quintessential role in the hotels success as a thought leader who can -and will- impact change and bring the ethos to life.

About you...

• Passionate about hospitality and cleanliness.
• A minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in a luxury hotel setting.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledgeable of housekeeping operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
