1 - Corp Atlanta Ravinia is Hiring a Remote Manager, Global Corporate Learning

Role Purpose

  • Ensure that all course curricula and educational materials are current and of the highest quality and delivered on time.
  • Manage internal stakeholders – from project intake/scope of works through to post delivery and follow up of the project.
  • Manage the identification and selection of third-party training resources, suppliers, materials and programs for where appropriate and ongoing relationship and engagement with third party vendors.
  • Manage the review, approval and audit of all new and existing programs for consistency with business strategies and values, cost effectiveness, legal compliance and intended outcomes. Ensure compliance with appropriate federal, state and provincial regulations. Engage assistance of legal and consultative expertise as needed.
  • Develop and monitor follow-up evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness and ROI (return on investment) of training and performance consulting initiatives.
  • Evaluate all training programs to determine effectiveness, need for enhancements, or elimination of programs; actively pursue alternate training vehicles/methods and interactive training technologies.
  • Provide consulting to internal stakeholders on best practices and solutions to business performance and development recommendations for identified gaps.
  • Collaborate with IHG School of Business Performance to ensure that priorities are established, synergies are realized, and resources and best practices are shared.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Experience

  • 6 to 10 years progressive work-related experience in performance consulting and instructional design a multi-branded organization, with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position, as well as 3-5 years prior supervisory or team leader experience.
  • Experience in a previous learning role.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

  • Demonstrated instructional design skills to effectively develop client focused training programs.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in performance consulting approach.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of training design principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to clients, vendors, senior leaders and staff. Strong facilitation skills and ability to communicate information to groups in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated solid teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with customers, employees and senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and deliver feedback in a constructive manner.
  • Demonstrated consulting skills for the purpose of advising leaders and business partners.
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.

Hybrid work model - 2-3 days a week in office

Minimal travel required
