Position: Full-Time, Flexible Shifts Available (weekday & weekend)

Pay: $16-19/hr with regular pay increases based on experience, responsibilities, and performance.

Responsibilities as a Field Team Member:

• Customer Service: WOWing every customer with a friendly, positive attitude and exceptional service
• Truck Operations: Safely driving and loading 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks with a team member (valid standard driver’s license required)
• Junk Removal: Heavy and light lifting for the removal of various items from residential and commercial locations
• Marketing: Advocating for our brand to everyone you meet
• Sales: Providing estimates to customers, educating them on responsible disposal practices
• Safety: Commitment to safe and professional navigation, driving, loading, and unloading

Professional & Uniformed: We always wear uniforms and provide you with the necessary attire (shirts, sweaters, coats, hats, gloves) to represent 1-800-GOT-JUNK? professionally.

Qualifications:

• 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)
• Valid standard driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
• Reliable, hard-working, and a great attitude
• Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience is an asset (but not required)
• Able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
