Customer Service Representative
Duties and Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers on behalf of the company. They schedule appointments, answer customer-related questions & respond to customer complaints.
Detailed Responsibilities
Greets customers warmly by phone.
Maintains polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail. Ascertains problem or reason for call. Acts as the company gatekeeper, ensuring that calls are directed to the appropriate person.
Schedules appointments from incoming calls and contacts customers to schedule appointments.
Opens and maintains customer accounts by recording account information. Cancels or upgrades accounts as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Comparable work experience
Good computer skills including data entry in MS Excel
Experience with multi-line phone system
Great phone skills
Great communication skills
Great interpersonal skills

Pay: $18.00 per hour
