A rapidly growing construction company based in Orlando, FL, with a strong work culture and a firm belief in work-life balance is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing plans and specifications and performing quantity take-offs for select trades.
• Be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of estimates and proposals.
• Solicit subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Prepare and present cost/budget information to the client/project team.
• Review design documents for potential cost and constructability issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience as a construction estimator.
• Excellent knowledge of construction costs and estimating techniques.
• Ability to interpret computerized cost data and systems.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
