As a leader in the hospitality industry, we are seeking a visionary Director of Food and Beverage to elevate our dining offerings and drive excellence in service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the overall food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, catering, and room service.
• Oversee menu development, ensuring a diverse selection of high-quality offerings that cater to the preferences of our clientele.
• Lead and mentor a talented team of culinary and service professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• Collaborate with the executive team to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the food and beverage sector.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure the procurement of top-quality ingredients and products.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as regulatory requirements, across all food and beverage outlets.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in food and beverage management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience with high volume and multi-outlet resorts.
• Strong culinary background with a passion for innovative cuisine and a commitment to excellence in presentation and flavor.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable plans to drive business growth.
• Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the food and beverage sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
