Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations within your assigned area
• Provide leadership and guidance to restaurant managers and staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor financial performance, including sales and expenses, and take appropriate actions to achieve targets
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role required
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
