What We're Looking For:

Proven Track Record of Success in Hospitality Industry
Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Sector (preferred)
Minimum 4-5 Years of Leadership Experience, with Team Management Skills
Essential Experience as a General Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth functioning of all areas including food service, kitchen management, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory control and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers, address any concerns, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet financial targets.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
