Prime IV Hydration & Wellness Winter Park is Hiring a Reception/Office Manager Near Orlando, FL

  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with proper material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, emailing
  • Assisting nursing staff with non medical duties (I.E. cleaning chairs, laundry, etc.)
  • Multi-tasking in a busy environment

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Manage the reception and entire spa area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee records
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Coordinate and plan office events, including meetings and conferences
- Assist with vendor management, including ordering supplies and maintaining relationships
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

Prime IV Hydration and Wellness is seeking an outgoing, friendly receptionists to work EVERY weekend from 10am-6pm in a relaxing spa environment. This is a customer service driven job that includes the following duties:

  • Greet, check in and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the spa
  • Fill out intake forms for the patients to give to the nurses
  • Answer incoming phone calls, messages, etc
  • Book and confirm appointments and make follow-up calls

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of basic HR functions is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
