Follow health and safety guidelinesBe punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendanceContribute to a positive team environmentPerforms other tasks or duties as needed or assigned Qualifications:1-3 years’ work experience required, preferably in a grounds keeping role.This position requires the use of a company vehicle. Must possess a valid (Class C) California driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.Must be able to operate hand tools, landscape equipment and machinery in a safe and responsible mannerMust be able to work at a flexible and rotating schedule including all shifts, weekends, special events and holidays. Weekends and holidays are mandatory.Must be energetic, organized, and responsiveBilingual English – ability to read, follow instructions, and communicate in Spanish and English, preferred.Able to work independently and as part of a team environmentAble to work in a safe manner and comply to company policies and proceduresPossess good work ethics and attitude and can arrive to work on time as scheduled Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk and talk and hear. It requires using hand-held earthmoving equipment such as shovels, hoes, post hole diggers, rakes and many other hand-held tools. The landscape crew works with mulch, dirt, sod, plants, shrubs, water, sand, rocks and many other natural types of materials.
