Position: Regional Account Manager
Your Role:
As a Regional Account Manager with Regions Pest, you will be pivotal in expanding our client base and maintaining positive, long-lasting customer relationships. You will be the face of our company for many of our clients, embodying our core values and ensuring their utmost satisfaction with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including outreach to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Conduct client meetings to present our services, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure client accounts are managed efficiently, with any issues addressed promptly and effectively.
- Monitor account performance and develop strategies to encourage client retention and growth.
- Provide feedback from clients to the service teams to help tailor our offerings to market needs.
