Job Description

• Responsible for oversight and proactive monitoring of all subservicer(s) to ensure Service level agreements are met
• Facilitate calls with subservicer to review performance, issue management, and risk items
• Provide recommendations and execution of action plans to address identified performance issues
• Perform loan level diligence on newly acquired / boarded loans
• Create, develop, enhance, and utilize reporting to monitor performance of vendors utilized for subservicing
• Initiate, review, and approve servicing transfers or releases, including transfer backs
• Make recommendations or course of action regarding repurchase demands or indemnification requests
• Work closely with subservicer and custodian for release of collateral for PIF loans (GNMA)
• Reconciliation of MERS, fulfill TOS/TOB requests, complete annual review, and MERS attestation
• Fulfill requests for document images, assignment of mortgages, loss note affidavit, and endorsements
• Responsible for oversight, review, and tracking of complaints received by subservicer, seller partners, or vendors
• Participate in adhoc projects as needed by Senior Leadership
• Maintain, update, and create policy and procedures relating to areas of oversight
• Document oversight and pipeline management, monitor missing documents, custodian exception resolution, holdback tracking
• Responsible for managing Fannie (LQC) and Freddie (QCA) loan quality deficiencies, document, and loan file requests
• Train and manage temporary and offshore staff
• Responsible for Quality Assurance random testing
• Monitor, reconcile, and publish investor reporting and accounting information

Preferred Experience

• Mortgage Servicing Experience; 7 to 10 years’ experience mortgage servicing
• Working knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines relating to mortgage servicing

Compensation $100k - $150k (Negotiable, depends on experience)
