Position Description:
Maintains thorough familiarity with applicable Human Resources (HR) systems, taking initiative to consistently look for ways to make HR systems more efficient and effective. Researches issues and enhancement requests, making recommendations on configuration changes. Assists with report generation to meet the organization’s needs, evaluating trends within Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities, and curating the data. Develops process mapping, standard operating procedures, and job aids as needed. Responsible for overall data integrity with reporting and data trends.
