In this role, you will assist customers in maintaining their vehicles and scheduling repairs.

You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market.

Spends majority of time on inbound and outbound phone calls, following scripts and utilizing multiple computer programs.

Position is Part Time Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Pay is hourly, plus bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, texts and emails; also establish follows-up with service.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an a service consultation or no-show
• Participate in team & process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, service advisors and dealership management
• Utilize BDC tracking system daily

Skills / Requirements

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality
• Must have strong computer skills
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
