Chick-fil-A DMC is seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team and ensure the successful operations of our restaurant. As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including customer service, team management, financial performance, and maintaining Chick-fil-A's high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of dedicated individuals, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed
- Ensure exceptional customer service by setting high standards and leading by example
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cleanliness
- Assist Operator in implementing strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets
- Assist with scheduling
- Build relationships with customers and the local community to drive customer loyalty

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the fast-food or restaurant industry (required)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for daily operations
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
