What we are looking for?

  • Previous experience in Oil & Gas, Construction and/or Industrial Service Industries is considered a plus but not required;
  • Strong social media experience required, including content creation, and data analysis;
  • Strong computer skills with regards to web-based programs, MS Office Suite and database management;
  • Concise verbal and written communication skills required;
  • Can assimilate and synthesize a great deal of information quickly;
  • Enthusiastic about recruiting – advocates the valuable role that recruiting plays in strengthening the competitive position of the company!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently source qualified applicants through a wide variety of channels including direct sourcing, internet and employee referrals;
  • Responsible for interviewing, testing, cold-calling and referring applications for open positions throughout the company;
  • May recruit from career events, colleges, technical schools and job fairs;
  • Represent the company at recruiting events;
  • Create and publish job posting/hiring event flyers across various online platforms and social media networks as needed;
  • Actively participate in special projects and undertake any additional duties as assigned.
