Lead System Test Analyst

Can you provide technical systems expertise on all applications in support of the organization’s technical architecture? Do you have experience ensuring all projects meet quality standards by developing, designing, and executing tests relating to application quality? What You will Do:

·Confer with key business users and Information Technology staff to interpret and analyze complex business requirements to ensure proper test coverage.

·Create complex test plans, scripts, automation frameworks and defect management processes.

·Design complex technology testing configurations to satisfy business requirements and ensure overall system quality.

·Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of testing practices and automation framework.

·Mentor System Test Analysts in all areas of testing and automation development practices.

·Conduct research and maintain high level of knowledge in systems testing and practices to ensure operations and implementations are of the highest quality.

·Assist IT management with test resource management issues including resource allocation, training goal and budgeting.

·Manage end to end testing functions for complex projects as requested.

·Oversee staff development aspects including the selection, training/development, disciplining/performance review.

What it takes to join our team:

• College degree or equivalent plus seven years relevant experience required.
• Strong analytical/conceptual thinking skills, technical systems knowledge, system testing, test automation knowledge, and problem-solving skills are required.
• C#, SQL, and Selenium skills preferred.
• Must have good customer service orientation, impact and influence, industry awareness, initiative, integrity, people savvy, relationship management and self-confidence skills.
• Must have or attain a strong understanding of all entities of the Iowa Farm Bureau Federation.
• Must understand the inter-relationship between business and technological needs.
• Working knowledge of multiple IT platforms.
• Systems must be supported 24 hours a day and may require on-call responsibility.
• Oral and written communication skills as appropriate to this position.
