We’re looking for an outgoing Inside Sales Development Representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. Compensation:

$60,000 - $70,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
  • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
  • Prospect within assigned area: Identify new business opportunities locally.
  • Track sales performance: Monitor monthly and quarterly metrics to meet company goals.
  • Follow up on leads: Make warm calls to interested customers.
  • Deliver excellent service: Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage accounts: Build and maintain customer relationships for ongoing business.
  • Cross-selling and Up-selling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services to existing clients, thereby maximizing revenue potential and enhancing customer satisfaction through comprehensive solutions.
  • Problem Resolution: Act as a point of contact for addressing customer concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications:
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred

  • One year or more of customer service and sales experience (recommended)
  • Excellent Listening and Communication Skills
