How You Will Make an Impact

We serve a customer base seeking luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Accounting Clerk, you will be one of the primary team members responsible for extending world-class hospitality and ensuring each guest has a memorable experience to develop a loyal customer base. You will directly impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle. 

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. 
  • Keep financial records updated 
  • Prepare reports and reconcile financial statements 
  • Run accounting software programs to process business transactions

Skills Needed to Win:

  • Ability to effectively manage time and to meet and exceed targets
  • A strong desire to succeed
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e. a “people person”)
  • Computer, email and internet proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A strong desire to win in a competitive environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s license
  • Fluency in foreign languages a plus
