Your Responsibilities:
Provide exemplary service to guests, ensuring a great evening and experience for them.
Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar teams.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently while maintaining high quality and presentation.
Anticipate guests’ needs and proactively address issues or concerns to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Collaborate closely with other team members, including chefs, bartenders, and support staff, to deliver a cohesive and memorable dining experience.
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned, including setting up and tearing down dining areas and equipment.
Skills and Experience Required:
Previous experience in food and beverage serving is required.
Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and methods of efficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues.
Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to always delivering exceptional service.
Ability to be on your feet for the entirety of the shift.
Food handler’s certification and/or other relevant certifications are preferred but not required.
