$25.00 hr. to $27.00 hr. - DOE
Monday- Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented and dependable. This is a great opportunity to continue to grow and develop your skills in Data Entry. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and managing payments, ensuring that invoices are accurate, and payments are made in a timely manner. You may also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling statements, and resolving any discrepancies. Other tasks include managing purchase orders and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. An AP clerk plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and stability of our company. If you can self-manage, are extremely organized, great with numbers, and can process data quickly and efficiently, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input purchase orders into the new system, ensuring all details are correct
  • Thoroughly update the new system with accurate billing information for current clients
  • Review and verify that all project information is entered correctly in the new system, paying great attention to detail
  • Take full ownership of the process of transferring all relevant information into the new system
  • Conduct daily administrative tasks as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Proven track record in Data Entry and Administrative roles
  • Reliable and committed to achieving success
  • Expert time management skills with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and take on new challenges with ease
  • Excellent written communication skills, including email and grammar
  • Skilled in using basic computer programs and technology
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
