As a TEMP Recruiting Coordinator, you help drive our hiring process and attract top talent to join our organization. Your organizational skills will shine as you manage administrative tasks, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments to ensure a seamless recruitment experience. You'll have the opportunity to post job openings, update job boards, and showcase our organization as an exciting and fast-paced workplace. Your contribution will be instrumental in preparing compelling offer letters and assisting with onboarding, welcoming new hires into our team, and setting them up for success right from the start. As candidates' main point of contact, you'll deliver exceptional communication and provide an outstanding candidate experience that leaves a lasting impression. Your role as a Recruiting Coordinator will be critical in building a talented and diverse workforce that drives our organization's success. Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with recruiters to manage the full cycle recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and conducting reference checks.
  • Post job openings on various job boards and ensure timely updates of job postings.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding, including new hire paperwork and orientation logistics.
  • Serve as the point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist with ad hoc recruitment and talent acquisition projects as needed.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Prior experience working in a professional setting or administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on scheduling via Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
