Make an Impact! You will play an integral role in the success of Main Line Health! As a member of the Real Estate Asset Management Team, you will be responsible for the leasing of office space in the Medical Office Buildings, Health Centers and third-party locations associated with their respective Hospital campuses. Maintains close working relationships with the Tenants and the various Facilities, Design, Construction and Hospital Leadership teams.

Shift: (Days) Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5PM
Experience:1. 5-10 years real estate experience with focus in management, operations, leasing or property management,
3. Knowledge of medical office building operations and an understanding of medical practice operations.
4. Proven ability in the following areas: strategic thinking, problem solving, decision-making, negotiating and relationship management.
5. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
6. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
7. Strong organizational skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in finance, real estate or accounting
Licensures/Certifications:
Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification is recommended but not required.
