Essential Accountabilities:
·Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to provide stakeholders with real-time insights into key HR metrics and trends.
·Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
·Conduct advanced statistical analyses and predictive modeling to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in HR data related to employee engagement, retention, performance, diversity, and other key areas.
·Apply machine learning and AI techniques to analyze HR data and develop predictive models for workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition.
·Automate key processes to eliminate waste leveraging advanced tools such as Python, R, and similar tools.
·Support the People Analytics / IT teams through data cleaning & quality assurance.
·Educate, train & evangelize analytics capabilities to partners.
·Program and build scripts (e.g. using SQL or Python) to combine and interrogate structured and unstructured data sets.
·Review external market research for relevant best practices and trends in the marketplace.
·Other duties as needed.
Experience:3 years of experience in an analytics/quantitative role, preferably in HR.
2 years of experience using BI Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Visier, Domo, etc.).
2 years of experience with statistical/analytical tools such as Python, R, SQL, etc.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative or related field such as data analytics, business analytics, computer science, engineering, economics, mathematics, or statistics.
