Provide an outstanding customer service experience to our clients by responding to their needs, processing their orders and other related requests. Customer Service Representative must coordinate with other branch team members in solving customer related problems and enhancing the customer’s experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative must do the following:

• Provide outstanding customer service by building professional relationships with our clients.

• Process orders taken via the web, phone, fax, web, email and from pre-write.

• Create reports following Company policies and procedures.

• Print and disperse delivery tags for the daily orders.

• Assist in the setup of accounts in computer database.

• Handle customer issues as they arise throughout the day.

• Update customer information as needed following Company policies and procedures.

• Communicate with drivers and service technicians as required.

• Assist management with various clerical tasks, as needed.

• Support accounts receivable collection efforts as directed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
