Type: Full-Time; May be eligible for hybrid work schedule after successful completion of training

Hiring Range: $36,000 - $46,000 annual salary (commensurate with directly applicable experience)

Our Financial Services Team works with Advisors to identify life, disability, and long-term care insurance solutions for clients’ risk management strategies.

As an Associate Case Manager, you will provide application installation and administrative support to the new business process while contributing to the success of the financial services operations team by providing accurate and dependable internal support so we can be the best at advisor experience.

What Our ASSOCIATE Case Managers Do:

• Process and Enter Data: receive new applications and enter pertinent information in the internal database; manage the general team email inbox, assisting advisors and Regional Consultants; order Medical Records for Case Managers; receive paper policies and premium checks and process them to be mailed accordingly
• Coordinate and Organize: Scrub new applications and initiate contact to advisor with needed/missing information; specialize in required paperwork and application processes for all carriers in order to assist advisors with questions
• Engage as Team Player: serve as a designated Case Manager for identified cases; grow in underwriting process knowledge with the goal of being able to provide support to the Case Management team
• Stay Current and Knowledgeable in Industry: participate in carrier led trainings and webinars to grow in industry and product knowledge

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with compliance of deadlines while managing and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Teams); knowledge of databases
• Demonstrated proficiency in all parts of position within 3 months
