Job Title: Advanced Case Designer

Location: This position can be based out of Columbia, SC; Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; or Raleigh, NC.

Type: Full-Time; May be eligible for hybrid work schedule after successful completion of training

Hiring Range: $65,000 - $95,000 annual salary, commensurate with direct industry experience and credentials

Our Financial Services Team works with Advisors to identify life, disability, and long-term care insurance solutions for clients’ risk management strategies.

As an Advanced Case Designer, you will serve as the premier resource for Regional Consultants and advisors through the case design process by advising on advanced sales concepts, training and equipping the sales team with current industry information, and working to provide high-level of expertise to Private Client Group advisors.

What Our Advanced Case Designers Do:

• Design and Present: design Term, Permanent Life, Long-Term Care, and Disability proposals specific to clients’ needs; present advanced illustrations and make recommendations of relevant products and riders to Regional Consultants and clients
• Consult and Collaborate: serve Private Client Group Advisors with excellence through evaluating policy performance, running illustrations, and making product/design recommendations; produce external marketing content that highlights TCG’s ability to support advisors through niche services and advanced sales concepts
• Coordinate and Communicate: prioritize incoming requests based on advisor level and case size; regularly update sales and case design teams on industry, carrier, and product updates; serve as the primary internal resource for training Regional Consultants, internal staff and advisors regarding carriers’ products and offerings
• Stay Current and Knowledgeable in Industry: Maintain required licensure(s); remain up-to-date on all carriers’ products; attend and present at monthly sales meetings; attend industry events and conferences

What We Are Looking For:

• Three to Five years of demonstrated successful experience in advanced case design (preferred experience with an insurance carrier)
• Must currently hold CLU, CFP, or another relevant designation (preferred securities license)
• Maintain accuracy while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to grasp and retain significant detail regarding carrier policies and products
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Teams); knowledge of databases
• Demonstrated proficiency in all parts of position within 6 months
