Position: Carpenter
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Salary Range: Starting at $19/hr , depending on experience

Position: Carpenter
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Salary Range: Starting at $19/hr , depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to execute various projects.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, and other materials according to project specifications.
- Construct, install, and repair structural frameworks, including roofs, walls, floors, and ceilings.
- Perform small stucco and plaster repairs (interior/exterior).
- Install roofing materials, such as shingles, tiles, metal roof and wall panels.
- Perform finishing work, including sanding, staining, and painting surfaces.
- Inspect structures to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with roofing contractors, project managers, and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in the commercial and residential construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques.
- Must have basic carpentry pouch and hand tools.
- Ability to work safely at heights above /-20’.
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials to precise specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Able to lift 50lbs /-
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be available Monday through Friday as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
