Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities including:
- Permits
- Warranties
- Qualification statements
- Updating various systems and calendars
Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
Stay up to date with new products/services
Work with estimating team, sub-contractors, production managers, etc.
Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary
Editorial and content creation for different advertisements
Create engaging and informative content
Identifies trends and insights based on the construction industry
Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills

1-3 years in a forward facing role such as retail or food industry
Good understanding of marketing principles
Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications
Positive work ethic
Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
Exquisite communication and people skills
