Position Type: Full-Time, In-Person, Alternating working Saturdays, Closed Sundays. Hours M-F from 8:30 AM-5PM alternating 11-7PM, Saturdays from 8:30 AM-6PM

North Point CDJR is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Internet Sales Team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations, engaging with customers online and in-person to provide exceptional service and drive sales success.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through monitored online channels, including email, text, phone calls, and social media.
• Provide product information and walk through sales process.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on leads to schedule appointments and test drives or sell customer the vehicle remotely with the help of management team.
• Assist customers with the selection of vehicles by providing detailed information on features, specifications, and pricing.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from online to in-person sales interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with management team to develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and drive traffic to our dealership

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
