Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads
- Cold call prospective clients to introduce our products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Experience:
- Previous experience in a business development or sales role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
- Proficient in cold calling techniques and comfortable making outbound calls
- Knowledge of retail math, inventory control, and basic math skills
