Job Summary:
North Point Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This is a full-time, commission based position within the auto industry.

As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales by building relationships with customers and promoting our products and services. This is an individual contributor role that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package of up to $125,000 per year, paid monthly. This position is commission based, providing unlimited earning potential based on sales performance. In addition, employees will have access to our comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, 401(k) options, and paid time off. We also offer Free College Tuition through Strayer University for continued education.
Responsibilities:

  • - Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a world class buying experience
  • - Promote and sell new and used vehicles
  • - Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives
  • - Continuously update knowledge and understanding of product offerings and industry trends
  • - Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers
  • - Accurately present financial information, including pricing, financing options, and trade-in values given to you by management team
  • - Follow up with potential and current customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
  • - Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support overall sales goals
  • - Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations

Requirements:

  • -Clean and professional appearance
  • -High school diploma or equivalent education
  • - Previous sales experience, preferably within the auto industry
  • - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Ability to negotiate and handle objections effectively
  • - Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • - Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
