GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Enablement Manager will play a critical role in driving sales effectiveness and productivity by developing and delivering comprehensive sales training programs and enabling revenue teams with the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to succeed. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing internal/external training initiatives, developing sales enablement content and collateral, and supporting ongoing sales development and coaching activities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales training plan to address the learning and development needs of sales teams, including onboarding, product training, sales skills training, and ongoing professional development.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive sales training programs and workshops, both virtually and in-person, to educate sales teams on product features, value propositions, competitive positioning, and sales best practices.
- Identify, implement & maintain a sales methodology program that is woven throughout the organization (growth, product & service).
- Create and maintain enablement content, including playbooks, battle cards, presentations, and training materials, to support growth teams throughout the sales cycle and improve sales effectiveness – for direct sales and indirect motions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success, to gather product information, market insights, and customer feedback to inform sales training and enablement initiatives.
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in sales performance and effectiveness, and develop targeted training solutions and interventions to address identified gaps.
- Implement sales coaching programs (ex: skill & will, etc.) and provide ongoing support and guidance to people managers to reinforce training concepts, drive behavior change, and improve sales performance.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of sales training and enablement programs through metrics such as sales performance, win rates, quota attainment, and sales rep productivity, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve and optimize training initiatives.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in sales training, enablement, or enablement-related roles, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective sales training programs and enablement initiatives that drive measurable improvements in sales performance and productivity.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, sales processes, and sales enablement best practices.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire audiences of varying levels of expertise.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights to inform sales training and enablement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with SalesForce, Outreach.io, Dialpad, Domo, & Slack; preferred.
