The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Banquet Captain to lead our banquet team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management, a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, and the ability to lead a team to execute flawless events.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring all details meet the hotel’s high standards.
• Lead and motivate the banquet team to provide exceptional service during events.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and event planners to ensure seamless communication and event flow.
• Manage inventory and control event-related costs.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Train new staff and conduct performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Banquet Captain or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food service regulations and safety standards.
