Yolo Federal Credit Union is looking for a highly-motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our leadership team as a Branch Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage 3 to 10 employees and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; working in concert with other managers; and effectively resolving issues with both staff and members.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) highly preferred, associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; completion of a minimum of one year in a supervisory capacity with multiple subordinates reporting directly to you; or at least one year experience as a manager in a financial institution or related business is required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, write and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating policies and procedure manuals. Ability to comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, and loan documents. Ability to effectively prepare professional business correspondence, routine reports and evaluations as well as effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to the public, members, and other employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra in order to calculate figures and amounts such as rates, discounts, interest, ratios, and percentages.
